Refund and Returns Policy

At UAB ULA Technologies, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality silver art, drinkware, tableware, and glassware products. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return an item, and we are committed to ensuring that the process is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below for more information.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns on personalized or customized items unless they are faulty or damaged.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hi@silverculture.lt to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will need to provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once we have received and inspected the item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days.

Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

If you have requested a refund for your returned item, we will refund the full purchase price, including any taxes and shipping costs you paid when you placed your order. Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs you incur to return the item to us, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment you used to place your order. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service team at hi@silverculture.lt within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible.

If you prefer a refund, we will refund the full purchase price, including any taxes and shipping costs you paid when you placed your order. We will also cover the cost of return shipping.

Please note that we may ask for photographic evidence of the damage or fault before we can process your request.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at hi@silverculture.lt as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our returns process outlined above.
